Founded in 1983, Sun Resorts is one of the leading hotel groups in the Indian Ocean with 5 luxurious hotels in Mauritius and another one situated in the Maldives. Following the refinement of its image, the group objective was to improve the user experience and the direct booking of its 6 websites. The aim was to create a unique experience for its users with a first interactive trip to Mauritius or to the Maldives.

When Esokia takes up the Sun Resorts challenge

On the Friday 27th October 2017, the 6 new versions of Sun Resorts Group’s websites and its 5 hotels has been officially launched. A proof of the expertise of our Mauritian team, who met the challenge in a short period of time.

The purpose of this redesign was to make the sites “responsive”, more interactive and attractive in order to increase the online booking rates. Our experts have taken over the structures of the old websites and created new ones, taking into consideration the user experience and imagining a modern and attractive design.

The "sales tunnel" has been entirely redesigned and developed on the APIs basis from the SynXis booking engine of SABRE Hospitality publisher and integrated with SERENATA CRM, the leader in CRM solutions for the hospitality sector.

At Esokia, we also like to bring a complete expertise to our website redesign and creation projects. That’s why our web marketing team also focused on redefining the SEO strategy. The 6 sites were thus dissected and the elements were implemented in order to respect the SEO criteria.
